1. Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the communication & implementation of regional marketing activities.
  • Conduct field audit of retail to improve brand visibility.
  • Effectively implement market activation plans for products and other promotional activities.

  • Support implementation of CRM solutions.
  • Prepare plan for trade marketing activities by closely working with category managers.

Requirements

  • Possess B.A. Marketing and an MBA Marketing.

2. Senior Cost Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate skills to lead and mentor junior team members to successful completion of project
  • Effectively manage required cost analyst activities for the assigned project
  • Full understanding of role and the objective of cost estimating spreadsheet and other cost estimating software
  • Ability to meet changing project requirements and maintain auditable records
  • Interface effectively with client counterparts and consultants to build effective relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. degree in Statistics, Engineering or any other related field
  • Leadership training and professional registration will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of related analysis experience
  • Good computer skills in a Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP and skills in database management and record keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective client business relationships
3. Market Intelligence / Insight Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the use of external data
  • Develop a network of appropriate industry contacts (Internal & External)
  • Communicate market intelligence back to the company at appropriate level
  • Conduct performance assessment of external market
  • Monitor data with key accounts

Requirements

  • Possess a University degree with a minimum of 8–10 years working experience in an Distribution companies
  • Have a strong capability to coach others on insights, sales drivers, and outlet segmentation
  • Possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
4. Regional Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

  • First or higher degrees in Numerical Sciences, with good systems Finance Knowledge
  • Proven ability to use office automation tools especially Excel, ERP knowledge would be preferred
  • Monitor and manage inventories by FIFO and FEFO according to defined targets and deadlines
  • Optimize cost, guarantee quality of products and economic conditions through knowledge of product and supply chain.
  • Hands on 8 years’ experience in procurement, shipping and supply Chain operations at Management Level.

Requirements

  • Strive to satisfy and timely execute request of internal customer while managing inventory in line with the Company’s laid down policies
  • Optimize cost, guarantee quality of products and economic conditions through knowledge of product and supply chain.
  • Monitor and manage inventories by FIFO and FEFO according to defined targets and deadlines
5. Key Account Manager
  • The candidate must be Lagos based and preferably hold a B. Sc or HND degree in marketing / Sales
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • The candidate should also have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in direct selling to the supermarket trade particularly national chains including Shoprite, Park n Shop and Big Treat.
  • Experience in Shelf Space management
  • Setting and achieving in-store merchandising Objectives
  • Monitoring sales growth and measuring the impact of promotional & merchandising
  • Account management, invoicing, payments and credit control.
  • Remuneration would be as per the industry standards.
6. Head of Supply Chain

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate must have a confirmed successful experience of supply chain and/or plant management in the Distribution industry.
  • The primary scope of this function is to manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from Demand Planning, to Product Supply, to Importation & Clearance, to the warehousing & distribution management.
  • The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Demand Planning process by enforcing the planning discipline through elaboration and implementation of proper planning tools such as: Sales Forecast, Stock & Sales Report, Performance Report, Week Of Sales/stock and challenge all concerned parties on building blocks to ensure effective rotation of stocks (market trends, sales history & trends, running rate and growth rationales, etc)
  • Manage the Product Supply process including MRP, commercial & shipping terms, reconciliation with suppliers, sourcing optimization, suppliers service level agreement, etc
  • Manage the different aspects of the logistics operation including importation & clearance, transportation, warehousing and distribution of the goods.
  • He will also manage the Third Party Logistics provider to ensure proper storage and distribution of finished goods across Distribution Centers scattered pan Nigeria
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure constant availability of the products across the country, while avoiding over-stock situation both in-house and at customers end
  • Excellent understanding of the fleet operational processes as well as the maintenance and spare parts planning
  • Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance and Total Quality Management System

Qualification & Experience

  • Must be a qualified Supply Chain Manager with successful experience in similar position
  • University graduate preferably with Engineering background (electro-mechanical and/or hydraulic)
  • A proven track record of driving results through analytical thinking, planning and strategic capabilities
  • Bottom line oriented individual with hands on operation and process driven mind set.
  • Demonstrated expertise in suppliers and/or TPL providers evaluation and selection, contract negotiation and management, cost modeling and building collaborative supply relationships
  • Ability to shift priorities and deal with changing demands in an effective manner
  • Ability to align and coordinate resources to deliver results for committed schedules
  • Perfect command of the English language
7. Accountant

Qualification

  • A university degree in Accounting or related field with working experience within the accounting/audit and control department of a corporate organisation or professional services organisation.

  • Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in the use of MS Excel and accounting packages like Sage, Tally, Peach Tree, etc.
  • Must be willing to work within the Lekki axis of Lagos State.
