Besides setting up its Corporate office in Lagos , and five regional offices in Lagos , Ibadan , Abuja , Port Harcourt and Kano; GBNL also has area offices in Benin, Ilorin, Onitsha, Jos, Maiduguri, Sokoto, Benin, Makurdi, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Gombe, etc.

Recognizing that the needs of the Nigerian market are large and spread across a wide geographical area, GBNL has appointed sub distributors to undertake distribution into the regional and interior areas. At the start of business in 2001, GBNL appointed Interfoods Distribution Company Limited (IDC) as its sub-distributor to develop the its initial distribution infrastructure across Nigeria . During the two year period ended 31 st March 2003, based on the first phase of initial investment made by GBNL and IDC, the company acquired approx. 55-60% of the market share in the cigarette industry.

To further grow market share and increase sale turnover of the company, GBNL appointed additional sub distributors across the country.

In pioneering Direct Store Sales (DSS) in Nigerian markets, the objective of the company is to have distribution arrangement in 70-75 cities across the country, facilitate continued sales growth in DSS to over 22,000 retail outlets, and grow its market share to over 85%.
